How to ask a question to Relictum Ecosystem customer service?

We have a customer service team that is always ready to answer user questions.
How to ask a question❓
For more convenience and efficiency, there are 4 support services, each specializing in a particular field:
✅ support@relictum.pro — questions about the technical part of the project, like a blockchain or node operation.
✅ support@relictumlab.ai — questions about interaction with the Relictum Lab website: buying and adding tokens, balance top up, etc.
✅ support@relictum.finance — questions about Relictum Finance.
✅ support@relictumnft.market — questions about the NFT marketplace, NFT creation, etc.
What do you need to know when contacting support?
📌 You can ask your question in English or Russian.
📌 Application processing time is up to 72 hours.
📌 Once you submit the request, you will receive an automatic reply with your application number. This means that your request has been received and forwarded to one of the support specialists.
📌 Please do not create multiple requests with the same questions! This increases the load on the help desk and slows down the requests processing.
📌 If you want to add something to your request, you do not need to create a new application. To add information on your question, simply reply to the letter with your ticket number.
📌 If the support service has requested any information from you, please provide the necessary data in the exact volume and format in which the support needs them. If you send extra, incorrect, or incomplete information, we will need to clarify it or request again, which will increase the time it takes to resolve your issue.
